The Home Health Hub is a new web feature from Inspiring Healthy Lifestyles for everyone to use. It covers all aspects of wellbeing from live online exercise sessions to nutrition to blogs on how to survive lockdown. There is something in there for everyone. As it is still relatively new, content is being created by IHL colleagues and added daily.
Exercise & workouts tab: Once clicked on you can choose which intensity you want (low, medium or high), then have the option to select classes, workouts, mindfulness & stretch or tips & tutorials. When you have selected which option you want there will be different videos in there to choose from.
Fun games & challenges tab: These are fun challenges for everybody – get fit, get the giggles and get going. The options to choose from are sports, kids, inside or outside.
Podcasts tab: Various podcasts available to listen to.
Food & weight management: This is broken down into Healthy Eating, Workouts and Your Plan (how to use smart goals). It includes recipes and videos on cooking.
Blog: Various blogs ranging from how to improve mental health wellbeing to nutrition.
